How do your receptionists know what to say?

We build your custom script. Our AI assistant accompanies every phone conversation and, as the customer asks questions, it pulls information from your custom FAQ and provides the correct answer to our live agent on a separate screen — so our agents always know answers and never waste time searching for information.

Can I use you only for after hours or only when no one picks up in our office?

Absolutely. Many clients do just that. You can use us for full answering, overflow only, or after hours only — whatever fits your workflow best.

Can you make bookings in our system?

Yes — live agents can book in your platform using your website's front-end booking widget (no back-end access needed).
Note about AI: AI cannot legally process payments, but it will check availability, send an SMS with your booking link, and wait on the line to make sure the customer receives it and completes the reservation.

How do I update information if our prices change or we get new experiences?

You'll have portal access where your FAQ and details are stored. You can change, update, or add any information anytime — and it becomes live for our AI agent immediately.
No painful update cycles or retraining processes — everything stays up to date in real time.

How do I see my calls?

You get a secure portal with logs, notes, and full call recordings. Every call is documented so you always know what's happening with your customers.
